Open Access system is followed in the Library.  The library is computerized.  Books are classified and catalogued by following the DDC and are arranged accordingly. Through webopac (http://libsoft/webopac) users can search for Titles, Authors, Subjects& member details  etc, so that users can easily locate any book which they like to borrow or refer to.

Library has a separate webpage. Through this link, user can access e-notes, e-journals and to some
e-books, VTU Question papers, VTU e-notes and the question banks which was given by our faculty.

D-Space (Digital Space) software is installed to provide the information online. Through this user can access  e-books, Faculty Notes, Lab Manuals and Publications of our faculty.

E-Vidya Media Streaming Systems is available in library, through this facility user  can view  the NPTEL Video  for all the courses.

Audio Visual Section was opened  with a setup  to telecast  EDUSAT  e-learning  programmes  with a seating capacity of 80.  Students are encouraged to watch video programmes during their leisure hours.

Separate Reading Room and News paper section provided in the library.

The Library has a separate Internet Browsing Center with 25 nodes that interconnected and provided with 4 Mbps connectivity.  Around 2000 CD Roms & Floppies  are available in the Digital Library,  Student can see the CD’s  and  Floppies  in Digital Library  and same can  be borrowed also.
