Our department boasts of faculty with a good blend of academics and rich experience in industry. Department has well qualified and experienced faculty with expertise in different functional areas. We have One Professor, Four Assistant Professors and Five Lecturers.

FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE
The department is constantly modernizing the infrastructure and laboratory facilities. The department has a Computer Lab. The department boasts of net connected classrooms with 60 terminals, two Discussion Rooms and One Seminar Hall. Staff and Faculties given computers with 24hours internet connectivity
Management section of Reva ITM is well stocked with a very good collection of textbooks and reference books. The library subscribes to more than 30 National and International Journals of repute. The library also subscribes to all important National and International Business Magazines. The Department has recently started its own departmental library.
Campus Network
The Institute and Department are well connected through a Campus Network and have an access to Internet at data rate of 4 Mbps. All the machines in the Laboratories are connected to campus network.
HUMAN RESOURCES
Department has well qualified and experienced faculty with an average teaching experience of around 12 years. Some of the faculty members have registered for Ph.D There are well qualified technical staff members, who maintain the various laboratories and are responsible for smooth conduction and maintenance of laboratories.

RESEARCH ACTIVITIES
Department is engaged in Research, Teaching and Consultancy activities in a wide spectrum of areas. Key areas of research includes: Supply Chain Management, Mergers and Acquisitions.
The department has two faculties with PhD. Three faculties have registered for PhD and one faculty is in advanced stage of completion of completion of the doctoral thesis.

DEPARTMENT ASSOCIATION (MARC )
Student Activities
The student’s association is called MARC – Management Association of Reva College. MARC organizes activities which nurture student talent all through the year. The student activities are conducted as VAP – Value Added Programmes - which are conducted every Saturday.
The major events conducted by MARC are Daksh – Intercollegiate Management Fest and Annual Alumni Meet. MARC conducted a One Day Management Fest Daksh on 9th April, 2010. The event was a grand success with 40 teams from 31 MBA Institutions from across Karnataka participating in the event. The event had five events – Best Manager, HR, Marketing, Finance and Business Quiz - with a total prize money of Rs.40,000. The event was widely appreciated by all the participants.
Student Achievements
RANK to VTU - Mrs. Jyothi E Singh, student of 2007-09 Batch brought laurels to our department and the Reva Group of Educational Institutions by secured 7th Rank in MBA to VTU in the June,2009
examinations.
- Mr. Naresh K N of II Semester MBA secured 2nd prize in VTU Athletic Inter Collegiate volley ball Tournament.
- Mr. Srikanth Dali of IV Semester MBA secured in 2nd Prize in Face painting Competition in REVAM 2009.
