At REVA, every care is taken to provide the best facilities for students who stayaway from their homes. The hostel provides hygienic food and clean surroundings so that the inmates can live in a congenial atmosphere at affordable prices. A warden living in the premises ensures discipline and prevents any untoward incidents like ragging and other offences. The hostel also has a tie up with a health care centre located nearby so that students can avail of the medical facilities provided there in.

Transport

We have operated 12 buses during the academic year 2007-08. Which covers all the parts of the city. About 600 Students and 150 staff have been using the facility. In addition to the reqular buses, one shuttle service bus has been provided from Baglur Cross to College and back, free of cost to help the students to reach on time. It is proposed to add 4 more buses for the academic year 2008-09.

Canteen

The most modern institutional canteen set up by Reva Group is outsourced to
Jai Bharat Food And snacks ’ inside the Campus, which provides a wide range of hygienically prepared nourishing South Indian and North Indian Snacks and Buffet for students, faculty and staff at affordable rates.

Classrooms

Spacious and well-ventilated classrooms with modern teaching and training aids are created for providing a congenial atmosphere for learning. They are set up with multimedia aids to conduct interactive sessions. Facilities are in place for conducting on-line classes and tests. Parents are going to be networked to the campus for monitoring the academic progress and performance of their wards.

E-Campus

Online learning and classes by which students can download and extract course materials in electronic form anywhere, anytime has been introduced to facilitate the learning process to the maximum extent. A Seperate Student Welfare Department Headed by Welfare officer and supported by Assistant Proctor is avallable for student councilling in addition to regular mentoring process by all the faculties of the institute.

Seminar Hall

An air-conditioned seminar hall for accommodation of over two hundred and fifty participants is located within the campus. This facility is used for conduct of Parents-Teachers association, get-together seminars, workshops and guest lectures and other functions.

Industry on Campus

Incubation Centers are planned for establishment inside the Campus to identify new technologies and software tools to offer consultancy services and undertake small-scale projects by faculty and students with an aim to develop skills amongst students to meet industry demands.

An incubation center for evolving innovative and novel solutions through adaptation of modern software tools and techniques. This center would be actively involved in industry driven projects and architecture and produce software modules through the combined expertise involving faculty and students. This opportunity would enable students to understand and appreciate the core competence required for development of various domain expertise for direct placement in IT and ITES sectors.

Metro Mechanical Mfg.Co(P) Ltd

This is an incubation center for fabrication of a wide range of products that find direct application in the infrastructure development industry. It is planned to set up a mechanical engineering oriented industry in close proximity concentrating on a number of components and inputs required for the infrastructure sector in which DivyaSree group is involved on a large scale. In addition, the expertise of the Engineering staff of the Institution would utilized for production. This creates employment opportunities and also enables students of the college to undertake projects for fulfillment of academic requirements for the award of B.E degrees by VTU. Earnings from this industry would be ploughed for the development and expansion of the Institution.

Many more ventures are being planned with dynamic interactions with renowned companies for collaborations to prepare and develop students for direct placement in a wide range of industry

Extra Curricular Activities

Life is like an empty canvas and we are to paint it in whichever way we want so why leave it dull? Deep within each one of us has tremendous potential and Reva strives to bring our this potential, so that we can make our lives brighter and more fulfilling. Each one of us has many hidden talents and varied interests. To identify them and further to realize them we formed a cultural committee with to faculty members and 20 student members headed by Mrs. S.Bharati Devi.
Extracurricular activities cultivate in us a number, of qualities like confidence, team spirit, time management, patience, flexibility, cooperation, coordination, discipline and leadership, and develop public speaking. These are the
fundamental requirements in today's competitive world. Apart from all this, these activities have an ingredient - FUN which is quite essential for anybody. Without fun life becomes blank. These activities expose us to something totally different from our syllabus and encourage us to think out of the box and makes us complete individuals.

Music

Fine Arts are an integral part of human evolution and aid in promoting human culture and progress. Fine Arts include, Music in all its various forms, dance, painting sports, yoga, handicrafts etc. These activities are of immense significance to students.

Music the language of emotions, subite thoughts, and refined ideas, make life easier to live. It forms an important part of our social life and various cultural activities and has a universal appear and influences the scholar and the
ignorant, young and old.

Music with deep devotion can help one control his mind from wandering. Music offers one solace in time of solitude and transports one into an incredible world of sounds, rhythm and harmony.

Dance

Closely linked with music is dance that is a fantasy among masses. Any type of dance when taken up and performed seriously can be of immense advantage. The vigorous and graceful movements help in the co-ordination of the various parts of the body. Dance also imbibes in us agility, flexibility quick thinking, discipline and co-ordination.

Handcrafts can be one of the most exciting and delightful hobbies. It brings out one's creative skills and ability. The major asset of handcrafts is the need for patience.

The fine arts offer solace in times of solitude, companionship during times of loneliness and transport us to the incredible world of colours painting is an amazing medium through which one can express hatful emotions and valuable feelings on a canvas or paper.

Our students have participated actively in various cultural tests including 9 th VTU cultural fest held at SIT tumkur, incident cultural fest held at NITK-Suratkal and Kalangali held at Sir MVIT Bangalore.

Our students proved their excellence at intercolliagiate culturalfests held at SAMBHRAM IT, KSIT, BMSIT, Bangalore in various events like debate mehandhi and tressure hunt. In western music band.

Our greatest glory is not in ever falling ……but in rising every time we fall.
